Desert Peaks Health Care provides telemedicine visits for established patients. Telemedicine is not appropriate for all visits. The following list includes conditions that may be reasonable for a telemedicine visit:

  • Medication management
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Minor urgent care
  • Allergies
  • Sinus infections
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Diabetes management
  • Review of abnormal test results
  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Sore throat
  • Diarrhea and vomiting

To have a telemedicine visit, patients must:

  • Be physically in Oregon when the visit occurs
  • Have a computer/smartphone with camera and microphone that will be used during the visit
