Anne Killingbeck, MD

Dr. Killingbeck grew up in Redmond, Oregon and completed college at Oregon Institute of Technology.  She attended medical school at Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her internal medicine residency at Providence Portland Medical Center.  She returned to Redmond in 2011.

As an internist, she specializes in complex chronic disease management of adults.  She strives to work collaboratively with patients to develop individualized, evidence based plans to manage not only their chronic diseases, but also their preventive health care.  She understands the complexities of the health care system and serves as a guide to patients, assisting in care coordination and comprehensive care.

She is blessed with a loving husband and two sons.  Together they enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, camping and rockhounding.  She feels fortunate to have been able to return to Central Oregon to raise her children in this wonderful community.

Tiffany Howell, PA-C

Tiffany is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) who completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at OSU-Cascades in Bend, OR. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree at Red Rocks Community College in Arvada, Colorado.

Tiffany is a Central Oregon native who grew up and graduated from Redmond High School. She spent several years working at Central Oregon Radiology and St. Charles-Heart and Lung Center before moving on to become a physician assistant.

She is dedicated and compassionate about the health of her community and is thrilled to have joined an internal medicine practice in her hometown. She has a commitment to evidence-based practice, a mission to provide patient-focused and comprehensive care in a collaborative environment.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, exploring new places, meeting new faces, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Kelsey Welle, FNP-C

Kelsey is a family nurse practitioner who completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Gonzaga University. She also holds undergraduate degrees in biology from Whitworth University and nursing from Oregon Health & Science University.

After most recently living and working in Albuquerque, New Mexico, she settled in Redmond in 2022. She had the privilege of completing a clinical rotation at Desert Peaks Health Care while in school and feels fortunate to return to Desert Peaks to begin her career in primary care.

She enjoys learning about each patient’s life and healthcare journey so that she can provide holistic and individualized care to each person. She is passionate about empowering patients through education about their medical conditions and health needs. Through shared-decision making, she strives to provide evidence-based care and prevention.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, playing piano, baking, and spending time outside with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
