Anne Killingbeck, MD

Dr. Killingbeck grew up in Redmond, Oregon and completed college at Oregon Institute of Technology. She attended medical school at Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her internal medicine residency at Providence Portland Medical Center. She returned to Redmond in 2011.

As a board-certfied internist, she specializes in complex chronic disease management of adults. She strives to work collaboratively with patients to develop individualized, evidence based plans to manage not only their chronic diseases, but also their preventive health care. She understands the complexities of the health care system and serves as a guide to patients, assisting in care coordination and comprehensive care.

She is blessed with a loving husband and two sons. Together they enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, camping and rockhounding. She feels fortunate to have been able to return to Central Oregon to raise her children in this wonderful community.

Jared Head, MD

Dr. Head is a board-certified internal medicine physician who earned his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and neuroscience from Texas A&M University. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed his internal medicine residency at Corpus Christi Medical Center.

After working in Tucson, Arizona, he relocated to Central Oregon, drawn by the outdoors and the chance to be closer to family — his parents live on the Oregon Coast, a few hours away. He is glad to be putting down roots here and looks forward to caring for the community of Redmond over the long term.

Lasting relationships between provider and patient are central to his medical practice. He works alongside patients to build treatment plans around their own goals, providing evidence-based medicine that ranges from managing multiple chronic conditions to comprehensive preventive care. The diagnostic process is one of the most rewarding parts of his work, and he approaches complex presentations methodically to arrive at a clear answer. He is also committed to serving patients who face barriers to treatment, whether from transportation, cost, or difficult life circumstances.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, scuba diving, hiking, reading, playing guitar, and spending time with his dog, Kurt.

Kelsey Welle, FNP-C

Kelsey is a family nurse practitioner who completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Gonzaga University. She also holds undergraduate degrees in biology from Whitworth University and nursing from Oregon Health & Science University.

After most recently living and working in Albuquerque, New Mexico, she settled in Redmond in 2022. She had the privilege of completing a clinical rotation at Desert Peaks Health Care while in school and feels fortunate to return to Desert Peaks to begin her career in primary care.

She enjoys learning about each patient’s life and healthcare journey so that she can provide individualized care to each person. She is passionate about empowering patients through education about their medical conditions and health needs. Through shared-decision making, she strives to provide evidence-based care and prevention.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, playing piano, baking, and spending time outside with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.

Elizabeth Csukker, PA-C

Ellie is a board-certified Physician Associate (PA) who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from University of Findlay and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland, OH.

Passionate about enhancing patient outcomes, Ellie is committed to providing evidence-based medicine and fostering a compassionate environment for every patient. Whether managing complex cases or providing routine care, she prioritizes effective communication and personalized care to meet each patient’s unique needs.

When not seeing patients, Ellie enjoys exploring new places, hiking, playing golf, cooking, and reading.
